- For girls who are comfortable on skates and want to learn speed skating

What to Bring for All Sessions:
- Bib style neck guard
- Cut-resistant, waterproof gloves (vinyl or leather)
- Volleyball-style kneepads
- Soccer-style shin guards
- Safety goggles
